We are delighted to announce that Urban8 Logistics Park in Kings Norton, achieved Practical Completion in December 2024.

The 400,000 sq.ft scheme delivered on behalf of Tristan Capital Partners and Canmoor Asset Management, comprises 8 BREEAM Outstanding EPC A rated Units ranging from 26,000 sq.ft to 70,000 sq.ft.  Working closely with our construction partner, GMI Construction Group, the project was delivered on time and budget to an exceptionally high standard.  St Francis Group provided Development Management services for the demolition and construction phases, working closely with Trinity Property Consultants alongside the wider project design team comprising of BHP Design, Acies, The Engineering Practice and The Construction Consultants.

The completion of the construction phase marks the end of more than 5 years involvement in the site for St Francis Group, following the purchase and demolition of the former NSG Pilkington factory, which was undertaken by our sister company DSM Demolition.

The Units are now available to let through joint agents Savills, DTRE and JLL.
