Project Description
- Site was formerly a Copper Works purchased unconditionally
- Secured planning consent for the remediation of the site and subsequently with the Homes and Communities Agency securing outline planning consent for 263 dwellings
- Remediation was carried out by DSM demolition along with specialist mineshaft capping and grouting by Specialists
- Remediation was funded by the Black Country Land and Property investment Fund
