We were delighted to welcome the Mayor of the West Midlands, Andy Street, and Deputy Leader of Walsall Council, Cllr. Adrian Andrew, to our Parallel 113 development in Darlaston, Walsall.
We are working with WMCA, Walsall Council and Black Country LEP to deliver a new 113,000ft2 high-quality industrial/logistics unit, demonstrating our commitment to the regeneration of Darlaston. Alongside our construction partner MCS Build, we walked around site with the Mayor and the Councillor discussing their plans for the new Darlaston rail station which will be less than 5 minutes from the door and how our investment has helped with the business case to make Darlaston an Enterprise Zone, encouraging investment and jobs into the area with potential business rate support for occupiers.
