Works are progressing well with the steel frame erection continuing during the summer and expected to be complete in the next few weeks. In addition, piling works, ground stabilisation and earthworks have all now completed as MCS Group begin focussing on the vertical build.
Works to the yard and car park commence in August as the roofing and cladding begin on the main office areas. S278 works are planned to be undertaken in Q4 2022 in readiness for completion in Q1 2023.
At 113,000 sq ft this will be one of the earliest industrial/distribution units to be delivered in the West Midlands, ideally located between junctions 9 and 10 of the M6.
