Canmoor is a private commercial property business offering services across asset management, development and project management.  The business has worked across the country with leading institutions, funders and occupiers on more than £3bn of commercial property assets.  Working closely with Tristan Capital Partners, and as part of their long-standing relationship, Canmoor is delivering and asset managing, the Urban8 Logistics Park, the largest mid-box speculative development in the Midlands.  Canmoor is working closely with the agency teams of JLL, Savills and DTRE to market and let the units which will come to market for occupation in Q4 2024.

Urban8 is a development of eight Grade A mid-box units targeting BREEAM Outstanding, EPC A Rating and 37% of energy usage generated on site through LZC technologies delivering a 27% Carbon Reduction.  The units range from 26,000 to 70,000 sq.ft in a prime city centre location with excellent transport links by road and rail.
