Project Overview
Historically associated with coal mining and highly contaminated, this site is now fully remediated, accessed and serviced with planning consent for more than 1.4m sq. ft of industrial warehouse space.
Sitting over 4 development plots, the site can accommodate units of up to 250,000 sq ft and will be developed in phases following the sale of part to Bentall Green Oak at the end of 2021.
Part of the site has been retained for future development as well as the development of a pre-sold unit of 114,000 sq. ft.
Adjoining the successful Markham Vale development, the remediation and infrastructure works were part funded with public sector grants assistance.
