Project Overview
A former heavy industrial foundry site extending to 19 acres and accommodating a typical high density mid-20th century industrial unit. Planning was secured for 240,000 sq. ft of industrial warehouse space on part and the balance, has residential potential and sports pitch provision. Part of the site was sold to Walsall Metropolitan District Council for the relocation and development of a domestic waste transfer station.
