Project Overview
Previously a redundant brown filed site, Cransley Park is located off junction 8 of the A14 with rapid access to the UK’s motorway network.
Five high quality units ranging in size from 25,000 sq. ft to 100,000 sq. ft were built speculatively in a single phase, and to the usual high quality.
Completed in September 2019, the scheme was subsequently sold in its entirety into a managed portfolio of modern high quality warehouse space.
