Project Overview
A landmark mixed use regeneration project on the site of the former East Works Rolls-Royce engine plant in Filton, North Bristol. Purchased on an unconditional basis, planning consent was obtained for a range of uses including over 730,000 sq. ft of industrial warehouse space, 300,000 sq. ft of office space and other high value roadside uses including car dealerships and an hotel.
To date 528,000 sq. ft has been funded and developed speculatively, and an additional 254,000 sq. ft has been developed on a pre-let basis, most notably a new Global Technology Centre for GKN Aerospace.
The balance of the site fronting the A38 will be developed for a mix of car dealerships, trade counter, hotel and leisure and other commercial uses.
