Acquired from BAE on an unconditional basis this 60-acre site, once a munitions factory, was later allocated for the full range of employment uses before securing outline consent for new access infrastructure and over 1.7m sq. ft of industrial warehouse space.
Demolition and remediation works have completed, and the relevant statutory agreements are being negotiated with both District and County Councils in anticipation of a start on site later this year.
The site will be accessed via new adopted highway linking the site to the A419 and onwards to junction 2 of the M54 and to the M6.
