Located to the south of Birmingham within easy access of the M42, this technically challenging site was purchased from Luxfer Group Holdings and speculatively developed with 5 industrial warehouse units ranging from 40,000 sq. ft to 91,000 sq. ft.
Completed in June 2019, the scheme was subsequently in a single phase and subsequently sold in its entirety into a managed portfolio of modern high quality warehouse space.
