Project Overview
The former Eggborough Power Station was purchased on an unconditional basis by St Francis Group in 2019 and planning consent has since been obtained permitting the development of a regionally significant industrial & logistics warehouse park extending to over 2.2m sq. ft.
Site wide demolition is underway with Unit 1 extending to 300,000 sq. ft to be built speculatively from August 2022. The entire site will be development ready from April 2023 and is capable of accommodating a variety of unit sizes as well as a single unit of 1.2m sq. ft.
